Discounts
đ Hey Everyone, I work for a Radio Shack company. And I need help from folks in the know. We have several customers who ask about discounts for companies and government agencies they work for. The Cingular store here hates us. So they won't help us. I have been in customer service over 10 years and I hate with a passion not knowing what to do to help a customer. Just wanted to know if there is a list of webstie or something. Is there a wizard at the end of my yellow brick who has the answers?

to find out if the get discounts you need access to the csp portal for cingular..there is a page there that tells us what discounts apply for different companies.
