Am i the only employee that has been calling customer service for 4 years and always was treated fair but all of a sudden I called in because i couldnt make calls on my cell and to change my address. . .and a newby from OCEAN SPRINGS tells to me to EMAIL ERP!!! I guess she didnt know what she doing, she told me to email ERP!!!

I guess i was supposed to go a week waiting for a response to start making calls again. . .

But i called right back and was told a whole different story/ /

isnt that bad. . . .

I know some of you have a similar experience . . . lets hear it!!!!
