So, I get this lady who returned phones to a store in FEB and has yet to rec any form of refund. She says she's been calling in for months. The best is when she told me she was informed by the "refund department" that Cingular hadn't refunded her money because we had entered Chapter 11. We'll that's news to me, but it explains why nobody in my center has revd the last raise.

This would have been highly public information if it had occurred. I have not heard anything about it. I doubt that it is the case. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt it.

Bet you she went to the Indiret dealer location fo those phones, and they hate giving money back, so they blew her off, and now she is outta luck
