got a question for the RSC's

hey if a customer comes in and does a tranfere/ relocation do we get credit for a new act? and like wise if someone leaves my area do i get a charge back (within the 6 month) no one knows whats going on over here 😎

yes you get credited for a new act if they transfer to your area and yes if they transfer out you get charged back

you should not not get a charge back, if the stay with cingular you keep the activation, you just have to reconcile.

yea cause i had a custoemr come in and wanted to add a line.. then she tells me shes going to california in a month.. so i pretty much wasted my time and will lose the sale?

i didn't, had a customer that activated a line in october then moved to d.c. in december. did a reconcile and kept the activation. as long as the are still with cingular, you keep the sale.

tried that already yes you get charged back...yes we tried reconciles...didnt work

from what i hear, we no longer get credit for relocations. i left for three months and am a rehire. but now i am in a "blue" store. I was told no credit for them.

yea thats what ive been getting different answers.. guess ill look at my comp and see.. just too lazy to keep the numbers and stuff 😕
