I work for Radio Shack. I use Telegence, can I add people to account so they can be authorized to make changes. Had a couple in and it was in his name and he wanted to add her to account so she can make changes.

Radioshack uses Telegence? I thought that was reserved for COR employees!!

I don't know about all RS stores, but in my friend's store, the reps are VERY knowledgeable on cell phones and setting up accounts. VZW sends them through extensive training on what to watch for and what to do. So I would guess they would use the same attention to detail with their Cingular accounts.

nahh i hear ya.. probaly just the agents in my market.. i always feel bad when they add stuff with out them knowing or sell them a 3120 for $250 dollars.. just little stuff like that.. id say just get rid of them all and just have retail stores.. guess the agents only have to go by one R.. rip off customer đ
