Family Talk ???

I know with the carrier i work for all subs on a family have to be from the same market, is this the case with cingular?

yes i am actually pretty sure due to system limitation anyone on the same account has to be from the same market

that is correct for cingular but sprint allows numbers from different regions/markets to be in a family plan together.
