We have new cingular phones and when we receive calls, the phones or system goes to voicemail in two rings! That is hardly time to answer the phone. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

i set them to 25 seconds. if it set to 30, you run the risk of getting billed ofr the call even if you dont answer it. customer service isnt the only ones who can do this. sales reps SHOULD be able to (like me), but some choose not to apply for snooper access cuz they dont want the added work.

with the new plans, the old 30sec rule only applies to outgoing calls, not to incoming anymore. Too much of a liability I guess.
