Who Screwed Up?
I go into a customer's account in Telegence to check notes on previous calls, and I see this memo:
"i opened the wrong acct, oooooooooooooppseee 🙂"
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Now seriously, couldnt you just close the account and move on? Maybe I should start leaving random notes in accounts:
"i'm rick james b**ch!"
(Sorry, I got half an hour left in my shift and i'm anxious to get to my PlayStation)

well i know if i got into an acct in telegence even if by accident qa will check to see if i left something cuz i did that once and didnt leave a note and i was docked
