Need help with picture id.(cant get the pics to show up when i get a call)
I have a v551 an set up several pics to show when diff people call but several people called an the picture didnt show up. I know set it up right becaz when i look through my phonebook i can see the pics but it doesnt show up when the person calls PLZ HELP.

maake sure your phone is not set on open to answer. So you have to push a button to answer calls when they come in.
