What is the normal pay rate for a CSR II on the orange side?

Unless you worked for Cingular when it was BST, you will not get paid for CSR II, even though it is in the contract... They eliminated the position.

Depends on experience. But no experience will start you at 9.50 at my call center. It just goes up from there.

One thing to keep in mind is where the call center is located.
Eleven dollars an hour wouldn't be enough for someone to survive on in New York or wherever, but the cost of living in Tulsa is much lower so that money goes much further.
