weird calls
has anyone else gotten a call from a customer saying that they have some automated system calling there phone ( no idea how they got the numbers) saying that they have won or can win a free trip and than gives them certain details ???

I've had a couple of those calls today too. One FL cust called becuz he received a fon call notifying him that he won a trip to florida LOL

Yep telemarketers. They do it to me all the time just tell the cust to hang up or tell the rep that is calling to take their # off the list

they should be able to unsubscribe should it be automated or not

It's hard to report when you don't know the name of the company and the caller ID says "private".

im not like the customers i complain about, if an automated system is calling you and you do not know the company that is calling you than it is not possible to be taken off... kinda hard to unsubscribe to something you dont know what it is

That number called me telling me I won a cruise from florida to somewhere. I hung up before they could say. I guess the forgot to block the number. I asked my manager about it, and she said just basicly ignore it if you have any problems with it.
