I went to an AGENT!!!

Ok. Working for Cingular, I know how the business is. My grandmother is an AT&T customer and wanted to migrate. So I go to the local mall to the Corporate owned Kiosk and wait. I wait some more. I wait 10 minutes and no one helps me. No other customers around. No employees anywhere. So, I walk a few feet from the Kiosk to an Authorized agent. I explained what I wanted to do, got the phone I wanted at the price I wanted and left with my grandmothers newly migrated phone, working and all, in 15 minutes. The agent explained the upgrade fee, the migration process and how long it would take to go through. Of all the horror stories I've heard about agents, I am so glad this agent was there today...

There is a terrific agent just South of Wilmington who handles several companies, SunCom included. He is great. There is one a block from our company store that is so horrible I am trying to get SunCom pulled from his location.

It is like life...things all depend on the person.

Exactly. There are many examples on this site of wonderful reps, and we have seen examples of horrible ones. The only way to find out is to experience it for yourself, or ask someone who has dealt with them.
