With all honesty I respect the TECH dept. but really WHY did i have a TECH rep, transfer a call to the RETENTION CENTER??? for voicemail issues?? all i could do was laugh, but really with the limited access that we have to the systems. . . I told him what he needed to do. Really I could give a sh** less about an invalid transfer list, its ur job to handle mistakes by CSR's

If you really think about it 98% of the calls that you receive a day are from another REPS or agents fuc* up. . . all you have to do is just go to work and get ur benefits and ur check every week and just go home! If you spend your time stressing about your job all day then do something to he...

Some techs are awesome at their job, and some aren't. Same with CS Reps. Some people are more tech smart then others when it comes to things with cell phones. Being a CSR, I hardly ever transfer to tech for the simple fact that a lot of the stuff is an easy fix. But most of you know as well as I do, that CSR training doesn't have much tech info in it. They shove the 4 R's down your throat like it's the holy word instead of teaching how to use the tools that you have so you can do your job.

I think having a form to fill out for reps who transfer about stupid stuff is a decent idea. But instead of a coaching or any action taken upon the reps, I think they should at least offer to train them some more, or at least have someone sit with...
