I called and got El Paso once. Usually I get Lubbock. It used to be an ATT call center, I think. I could tell the difference when calling.

Umm, there's call centers in Ashland, KY, Ocean Springs, MS, Ocala, FL, Fayettville, SC, I think Baton Rouge, LA, is still around...there's more, I just can't think of them off the top of my head...I got to go home early.

unless you work here or know someone who does.. most people dont even know what we do... were located in a mall and it's funny to watch random people try and get to the mall through our security door.. lol

Yup we are right over a highway with the Cingular Wireless sign over it. Its stupid if you ask me but oh well. That and we are in the phone bood too!!

Most of the call centers here in West Texas and Dallas are well posted. The Midland call center is right off a freeway interchange and has a huge sign on the road. That location used to be a Home Depot.

ive never told anyone who i am on this website and i usually make up a call-center i work at when im asked . I got an email from a manager at a callcenter and he sent me 8 emails to my home email address and sent 4 to an address at work that he though was mine (they were sent on to me) he tried to intimidate me because he was a manager.Because he did not agree to one of my posts ! bottom line never tell anyone where you work or accept im to your home email because it does show your name !

i cant remember now somthing to do with gait phones and gsm plans . when he emailed my yahoo account and i replied it showed my name !too bad their is soo many of us he was off on who i am. He basicly wanted to talk to my manager and had me confused with someone else but i fowarded the emails to my manager and nothong could happen to me
