Most carriers don't want you to be able to find out that information easily. You have to call in so they can ask why you want to know and talk you out of cancelling, if that's what your intention is.
You can either click on my phone, then click upgrade. It will show when you last upgraded and contrcat length.
You can also click on My service anc view your Cingular Service Summary.
