What is the difference between Care and Telegence? What do they each do?
...
Im not sure what working in care is like, basically its just that Cingular has 2 different billing systems. Cingular is made up of smaller companies and they just never combined the two systems. Depending on where you live is what determines what billing system you are in.
...
SBC has forced Telegance down Cingular's throat most of us like Care better less errors. One of the top guys at SBC owns stock in the swedish company that develops Telegance.
...
Ah ok. I didnt know that.
...
🙄 Hmmm, the plot thickens!
...

...

...
If I come to Penn you will never be the same again. I am like crack once you get a hit you whole life is over till you get more. ha ha
...
lmfao.....if you say so
...
you will be messed up I was at a kareoke bar sining Aerosmith songs and doing a very good Steven Tyler for a brotha from Chicago.
...
lol good night guys its my weekend yay.
...
SBC owns 60% of Cingular, BellSouth 40%, it's a partnership. If the two companies decide to break away from each other, they retain their customers in their own billing system. Per the agreement, each demographic would go to the billing system of either SBC or BST. New markets would go to SBC... That is why there is Telegence and Care.
...
And Bellsouth would have left if the AT&T merger did not happen. Bellsouth would have bought Sprint or Nextel. Bellsouth is just keeping their 40% till the money runs dry.
