Call Failed Network Busy
My customer is getting this message on four phones. The odd thing is he can call landline numbers on these phones, just not cell phones. Any ideas?

all moto v220's but my coworker just told me he is having a customer in the same area with the same issue on four phones also....we are thinking maybe an outage of some kind.

there is something going on here in uny can not call any landline phones or other carrier phones just mobile to mobile works

Oh they can call other carriers also. Its just Cingy customers....grrrrrr and he is so patient and nice too.

I am. Already spoke to tech, we already got the email that there is a major outage in Ohio and Western Penn and a co-worker just got one from West Virginia also.

Oh and from what I understand, Schaumberg tech is down and probably wont be back up tomorrow either so my tech team is going crazy.

yea...my phone was able to make calls for all of five minutes and now its back down

Send an update, tell them to power cycle. That's what I get. And blame it on the phone, don't ever think it may be a problem with Cingular. Ugh, maybe it's just with the center i'm calling.
