A couple of questions re: migrations....

1) Am I eligible to migrate to CINGULAR if I have 12 months remaining on my ATTWS contract ??

2) Do CINGULAR corporate store reps earn commission on migrations ???

Thanks

1) yes you can but you have to make sure you have to have a current balance on your at&t account before you can migrate over also you would only be eligible for the one year price of the phone and sign up for a 2 year service. also there is a $18 migration fee that is charged to the cingular account.

2) yes we make commission off of migrations

Help out the former ATT wireless customers of OKLAHOMA CITY and other cities where ALLTEL is now their current wireless carrier.

This is an online petition requesting that ALLTEL dosn't require its former ATT wireless customers to pay a early contract termination fee. It's too bad that the FCC decided that Cingular couldn't buy out all of the regions. It would have made a nicer world and things alot cheaper on everyone. Now i have to pay ALLTEL 175 just to switch to cingular, on top of buying a new phone.

Read the petition and sign it. Tell your friends too. By doing this and filing a complaint with the FCC is the only way to get us, the public's voice heard!

I understand your frustration, but you won't get out of your mortgage payment if your current one sells your loan. You won't get out of your contract either. Alltel paid good money for those contracts. Welcome to america.

Hey here ya go, as long as alltel still sllows you to use the same service and still abides by the agreement that you have right now through att you will have to pay an ETF in order to leave becasue nothing had affected your service, now if alltel changes anything bout your service... like changing policies or things like that than they would have to let you out without paying. only way ud have to pay the etf if cancelling with that switch is if alltel honeours the exact sme thing you have right now

UH, they have changed our service! We can barely get a signal anywhere anymore. I'd call that a change in service wouldn't you? Loosing your signal all the time in places you never did before.
