i have a few thing i am going to mention, just kinda seeing what others think about this.

PAR... is it just me, or does cingular care more bout having low transfer/call time/availability/ hold time than they actually care about treating customers,
now yes i would definitely rather have a silent hold done to me than the actual hold music, but i mean, TRANSFERS AND SHORT calls, number 1, if a customer goes through the automated system and doesnt enter there information in (75%) they automatcially get routed top 2g i dont think the customers are getting any more happy with us saying " here you go call them yourself" honestly customer although mad because they are getting transfered around are going to be more happy if someone tranfers th...

Par serves only one side of the industry and sure aint the cust.

As for the upgarde fee, i still don't see what the big deal is, even if the cust were getting a CUP upgrade (the old att system) they would still have to pay a fee of 15.99. If you look at it that the cust is raising all hell over $2.01. Really goes to high light that over inflated American sence of entittlement.

As for the last bit, yaa the cust has every right to be upset of not being able to keeop their rate plans. I'd be upset too I had to give some of the godly plans that some of the cust's have. (best one to date was 2000 min for 19.99/month) But yaa i fail to see the logic, "You won't give me my current rate so I'm cancelling and going to some else who won't...

Aren't former ATT customers able to stay on their current plan and only have to change if they upgrade their phones or want to change plans in the 1st place? I didn't think Cingular was going around changing their plans (which they aren't, I'm sure). Now, when Cingular starts FORCING them to upgrade and change plans, either by stopping their service or some other strange way, then I can understand them complaining. Right now, seems like they just don't have anything better to do.

Probably don't even have a job and calling in between the Tony Danza Show and Maury Povich.
