what do u mean charge? if u are asking if u are billed for that usage then it depends. you a billed data if u are using the phone as a modem to connect to the internet. if u are just downloading pictures or sync-ing info then no.
now if u mean providing a charge to your battery, i have no idea but i would guess the answer would be no..

I have not read that it charges your battery in the same fashion that the Blackberry is charged during the sync process.
