I've been a CSR for quite some time and I've heard every complaint there is out there to hear. Still didn't stop me from looking into Cing and other carriers to see if it'll fit my needs.
After research, I narrowed it down to T-Mobile and Cingular. I had Sprint and the plans were good. The options were good. And the features were cheap. However, the phones weren't cutting it and I couldn't get a signal for crap in my house. And Verizon? We'll, my GF had the same prob as me within her house, plus there were many dropped calls. **** CDMA 👿 Alltell? Laughable 🤣 Nextel? Phones are too much and the plans suck if you want a family talk plan.

Rock on. I felt like I was the only one who actually has good things to say. I back Cingular two different ways, One- I'm an employee and Two- I use them. I had T-Mobile before going to work with them and where I moved to in south Mississippi, T-Mobile was crap at my house, and after 2 years, it still isn't better. Most people who actually know what they are getting into with a wireless company don't get screwed over...
