Help Desk Reps only

Newly promoted help-desk rep for blue center what are orange help desk reps responsibilities?

At my call center (orange) we take escalations and help desk/ coaching for reps at our call center and help desk and escalations for Pensecola, FL / Niles, OH / Welland and Cornwall. (If those are spelled correctly.)
We also handle OOP overflow and a few of us work our Manager's queue if they are in meetings.
There are times we do peer partner, but they have separated that more now because that leaves out queue short handed. Also commitments are done on-line now since we have time in between calls.

And, we process upgrades for outsourced reps since they do have access to Corp. email.

Thats basically what we do as well, do you have tier 2 profiles for CSP, and snooper, and other apps. Did you get a merit increase for being on the help desk.

Yes, but the call it differential. 10%. And yes, I am considered tier 2. Or so my manager says... lol...

yeah, well Im a rep 2 so I get about 1.50 more on the hr, we are not union here, but I still have to work with tier one profiles for csp and snooper ect.... wish they would change that.

You know, I don't how many other help desk reps have the same access I do. I have market support access to care so I can remove Dr. Bags. So I'm not sure if it's all reps or just me.
