Rant about rude customers!
Pardon me for a minute while I rant. I am sick and tired of customers who call in yelling, screaming and cursing at me for something that I had nothing to do with. In the entire 35 years I have been on this Earth I have never cursed at anyone like customers have to me. It would never even enter my mind to do something like that. I admit I have become mad at companies, but I would never call in yelling and screaming. These type of people always say "I know it's not your fault, but i'm just so mad". Well, if you that mad find some other way to burn off your energy. Yelling and cursing at me is not going to help the situation. If anything it makes it worse because I am not as likely to go the extra mile as I would be with a customer who...

i TOTALLY hear ya....i work in a retail store....so think about people actin like that to your face.... âšī¸ ...you don't even know how many times i've had a nasty person in the store and i could just push a button and them be "poof" be gone!!!!!

i will agree that there are times that customers are not as they should be, but there are two sides to that, sometimes reps arent as they should be either, and honestly a public forom is not the place for this conversation being how you are all admittedly associated with cingular....i cant disagree with your statement, however i urge discression where you deciede to bash your patrons

đ "I urge discretion where you decide to bash your patrons" After a full 9to12 hours of dealing with SOME of the dumbest, most immature, spoiled, silly a$$ed people on earth (CINGULAR CUSTOMERS) this forum is a place for those of us to both help and vent about said patrons. As mentioned previously this is neither a CINGULAR sponsored or regulated forum so unless you've been in or walked in our shoes please get a frigging clue.

i agree with you . thats why i went to tag b/c i could not handle being talked to like that from people ! If they saw me in person they would never talk to me like that (6"2 240) . Another reason i did not take the job in the retail store bc if someone cussed me like that i would be fired ! But like you said i"ve never talked to someone like that at any company never
