This isnt showing up on her phone...its not checked in snooper, does tech fix it?

How'd you fix it? I've had about two people who had their voicemail indicator on when they have no messages. 😕

Did you try leaving a message, then having them go in and delete it, but instead of just hanging up on the vm to end the call, use the star key to disconnect, that usually clears it out 😁

Reset the Voicemail. I don't think it can be turned off in the switch.

If you reset the vm it will delete any saved messages as well as any messages they havent listened to, make sure to let the customer know that, otherwise some other poor rep is going to get an earful!

Check E.N.D. There was a tech error affecting all the east cost and some of central where the MWI wasn't working. Some couldn't receive it or some would get it in error or even a few days late.
It's been since 6-13-05 with no update from our tech team the last I checked (6-16-05) Hopefully it was fixed already 😁
