To Clarify about problems with Cingular

To all who do not know, with any carrier, all lines are contracted individually. If you get three lines at the same time, you have three separate contracts, all initiating and ending at the same time. If you add one line to your existing plan, the new line and the new line only will have a contract for whatever term. The other lines will expire when their date comes around. Also, I will always sympathize with Cingular because they are the company that has the largest digital voice and data network in the country allowing their customers to travel across the country and have service on all interstates and cities as well as offering EDGE Internet. Also when you are managing 52 million customers you will hear more problems than other companies ...
