Pre-approved undertime
So they start this new thing at work. Pre-approved undertime. Great a whole day off you can ask for 7 days in advance.

They just started it 2 weeks ago. We used to get it as ATTWS but because of our end times and that we work all day we don't get it.

You must be former Blue also. Sucks that you cant get undertime though. They rarely let my shift get it (8:45 - 5:45, they only usually offer it up to 5:00) but I did manage to get a FULL DAY of pre-approved undertime last week.

Im a prior blue rep whoe used to get UT all the time ever since I have become an Orange rep I have never gotten UT and it pisses me off. I too have never gotten pre approved UT either and dont think I ever will simply because I work the late shift 😡

I have had a UT request submitted for today for 3 days.....we have 35 reps available and they STILL aren't giving it to me. We work late shift we will never get it. I worked the same shift as ATTWS and got it ALL the time.

You choose to leave work early either un-paid or using vacation. It doesn't count against your occurances and it depends on the call volume.

Nope! We just have to be eligible (no meetings, trainings and have been on the floor long enough and not have a late end time)

We can't ask for it days in advance. Gotta sign up the day you want to go.
Then we can't have training or be on a CAP. Plus we have to work at least 3hrs of our shift. THen we have to be hitting AWIT before they let us go. Oh and they only send people home if there are hours available ☹️

If we request it that day we have to be there 30mins before. But now we can request it 7 days in advance for the entire day.

ours differs team by team , usually 1 or 2 per team if it is available, my old team used to lottery draw until everyone had a turn then it would reset(fair policy){
