Telegence
Ok I know a few of you work in Telegence. In training they told us we could change the bill cycle end date in certain circumstances. Same thing in CSP, yet it tells me im not authorized to do this....why?

I think you can only change like 7 days before the bill cycle or 7 days after im pretty sure thats how it is in care.

It doesnt say anything about that in CSP and my manager doesnt remember that from training either....GRRRR (no offense to you, just grouchy today)

suppose a customer wants their bill to be in the middle of the month to match the same time her bills come in, or suppose if they get paid bi weekly you can change the billing to accompany her pay schedule

try it in compass... if you have it.

That is old information in csp 19 telegance changes ago we could change billing cycles. your maager's telegance profile allows them to change the billing cycle

She tried too....she got same message I did.

then you need to file a case in clarify

That is a telegance error because managers should be able to change a billing cycle.
