Why is that prepaid customers pay the most for their minutes but get f'd the worst. I thought people under contract had it bad, but damn.

Baby please don't take offense to this I just need to vent......WTF is wrong with Tracphone reps.....I have told this rep 4 times that I AM NOT THE CUSTOMER I AM A CSR I DO NOT HAVE THE DAMN PHONE THE CUSTOMER DOES!!!! now tell me why she cant just take the damn call?!?

The tracphone reps seem to be a lil...ignorant and rude. I've had some similar dealings with Tracphone.

Ok so I have this prepaid cust, acc is cancelled he wants it active. Phone is TDMA...who do I get him to?

You probably need to get him to a telegence market so they can reactivate him in BCG. They'll of course have to manually reprogram the new number into his old as hell phone.

I am telegence but I dont have a clue what number to call to deal with prepaid...we don't deal with it and I have no idea what I am doing
