My Cingular rep has told me this the p207 will remain an online exclusive for another couple of months. Yes, it sucks as I have lots of customers who want it.
Sometime in July a white version will come out. Expect the pricing to be the same.
The only way that I have found the p207 with no contract is ebay. They are going for around $250-$300!!! The joy of supply and demand.

Actually Will, the p207 is not jjust an online special you can purchase it for 139.00 from SBC or Bellsouth. SBC nows does upgrades and they do new activations if you have your cingular billed on your SBC or Bellsouth bill.

here is the thing... if you want to upgrade to a phone without a contract... call the manufactuer.... tel them you want this phone with this specific company and they can shi it out to you... i dont think samsung is going to reject a sale

What is a white version. I had the P207 and resold it on ebay because the call quality was horrible, way too low. The samsung e317 is even worse! cingular just discontinued it. Any idea if any new models will be coming out for cingular soon?

I bought it on ebay. When i was talking on it the volume was SOOOO low even at high volume. And when you would push the button where the phone would ask you to say a name, you could barely hear the lady say it, you would think that would be louder.
