what i can't stand is when i ask for the number and they either rattle it off real fast (and get offended when you ask for a repeat) or when the give the number and say 6 thirty two, fifty five seventy...or something like that in stead of 6325570. i'm dyslexic. i will mess up in a heart beat if you don't give me one at a time and mess up in 2 heart beats if you do. give me a chance.

ohhhh well what i hate is when customers come into the store and want to pay thier bill and they dont have their stub and they just stand in front of your desk like the account number is just going to get pulled out of thin air or you must know who they are cause you dont see over a few hundred different faces every month. and then they get mad when you ask them for their number and then they look at you and say...i dont know my number i dont call myself. and you look at them and think why do you have a cell phone. then they say well look it up with my name..ohhh thanks for telling me my job. whats your name ma'am/sir ...smith....joe... your bill is $150...WHAT THE $#%& why is my bill so high...i dont know sir you were the one usin...

Hey, that's the same way some dealers are.. They would call, we do our intro thingie, then they just say, Hi my name is John... Then have this long pauuuuuuuuusssssssee... WEll okay, JOHN, you want to be transferred? hehehe..

They just say, "My agent/dealer code is *****, then stop.... Okay, what do you want me to do with it?..
