I had a former ATT wireless cust wanting to migrate to cingular (sponsorship buis. cust) - he wanted to order the SAMSUNG P207, but I've never had it in my inventory- and it shows up as only being able to be purchased online- which seems unfair for our business customers who cannot migrate or upgrade online. Is there any way around this? Can we order the P207- If so I have no pricing for it and it doesn't show up on my available equipment grid. any info reps?

If you have trouble with ordering that phone online, or are having trouble ordering it online, you can contact customer care and get them to transfer you to a department that does a web match price.

They won't web match for business customers- i've tried that - only for consumers- which is odd again as our business customers should have a higher value- also how can we web match the phone if it's not available anywhere but the internet? it's not in our inventory... or is it? No one really knows in my center so i thought i'd ask here.

Try calling some store near his location to see if they have the phone he wants, and then he could pick it up there.

business customers can't migrate in store ☹️ and the stores won't give the discounted pricing without the full migration- seems like business customers got screwed with this.

since when can't a business customer migrate in store. the corp c&a team in my center does them all the time. you might want to ask them about stores to go to.

80% of stores don't have specialized business care that will allow them to process migrations thru pos.com. they get a message stating this customer is a bus. cust and call 1 800 999 5445 (my line) they can migrate SOME sponsorship customers, but not nationally contracted accounts.

The P207 is ONLINE ONLY. I have been told no department has access to that phone except cingular.com. I wouldn't worry about it to much anyway, as I hear the RF on that phone isn't very good....
