THE SURVEY!!!!! How retarded is that. I'm in a blue center and we never had to give our last names before. Now, we have no choice, we have to give our REAL full name and do this retarded survey at the end of every call. We are starting to get written-up if we don't and that blows goats!! My last day here I am refusing to do the survey what are they gonna do, fire me on my last day GO AHEAD! At least I'll get to leave early. Sorry, that's my rant of the day. I just had the stupidest person. She wanted help with her OCS View Minutes. I asked her if she had e-mailed the OCS support team, No, I don't have time. After 50 minutes on the phone with me she decided to e-mail them. I asked her if she would be comfortable enough to give me her login ID and password so I can see what she is seeing, she gives it to me and it doesn't work little do I know that after 3 attempts you get locked out (only for 15 minutes which I found out later) So I'm still trying to help her as best I can and she's freaking out on me calling me various names and saying AT&T is the worst thing she's ever done in her life. I'm tempted at this time to ask her if she's sure of this or if she'd like to rethink her birth. STUPID P...

There that's the majority of it, that's all I have the patience for at this time. 😁 Feeling a bit better, still quite p!ssy but at least I only have 1 hour left for today and tomorrow is pay day and I already know I'm going out after work to get extremely hammered to the point of having to get carried home or just left on the nearest lawn to be happy and drunk! It will be so GREAT! I'm already looking forward to it! 😁

haha....sounds like a blast...me thinks the same outcome for me .....ok, now my little rant basicly this is a life thing more so then job...but it applies, if i ask you a one or two word answer, i dont want a story, i am not terribly intrested in your dog's health, or what you wife had for dinner...had a 30 minute conversation, where 10 minutes of it i had accidently put the customer on mute(to answer a question of a noob) and forgot to take her off...neither of us knew the difference, tho it does explain why she never stopped talking when i started...course that also means for 10 minutes she was on a rant about 20 different aspects of her life that culminated with why she deserved free air time that was supposed to expire in 02 that hadnt.....
