pre paid question
hey all.. i hate these stupid pre paid stuff.. but yet again i need you alls help.. custoemr has the 10 cent min plan.. the dummy locked up his sim card.. is there a way to fix this... or do i just need to re do a whole new account (which of course i dont mind doing.. shoot itll buy me a pack of smokes)

lol i know i tell people all the time to stop messing with stuff you have no clue what it is.. but i cant change the sim card for some reason.. cc told me to activate a new account.. hope i didnt screw this poor guy over 😈

unless he has a blue gophone former attws then unless he get get one elsewhere the he SOL. If a store still has blue SIM's then he might be able buy one there he would not be able to get via care because he is prepaid. Care does not do upgrades for prepaid service. even a SIM card would fall in that category. If he is Blue gophone then yeah he need to start a new account new phone new SIM
