probably not since their focus is on the go phone...looks like anyone that wants a $29.99 plan will have to go for one of those

Not likely as said before if want that price you would need the prepaid gophone. people want free phones or discounted phone are going to have to pay more a month, this is probably why most service provider's rates are going up. people want free or discounted phones all the time or credits all the time. this lost revenue has to be recovered somehow.
