sorry for yet another customer complaint, this one's not a huge one, it just kinda bugs me when i ask for their 10 digit wireless number, they give it to me, i repeat it back to them(and write it down) then it doesn't pull up in the system and they're like "well that's not the right number!!!) and make it seem like im stupid. nope usually they gave me their home number by mistake out of habit or just forgot their damn cell number or something. but it bugs me

the thing that bus me the most is when I ask for a area code and they ramble off their ZIP...come on people the area code has THREE numbers and your ZIP has five.......god

My favorite is when I ask for "what State are you calling from". They give you the city. "Ummm, Livingston".......What is that? The 53rd State of the Union or something?
