I came back from lunch, with a bold, new attitude, a fresh look, almost any marketing-friendly euphemism you can imagine.

Imagine my surprise when what I return to is this: A rep shopper. But not just any rep shopper, no, no. She was, quite possibly, the most insidious, most persistent, most ridiculous customer who ever lived. I **** you not, there are literally pages upon pages of noted events on this lady's account, most of them reps, a few res desks', and one tier 2. All of them saying DO NOT GIVE CREDITS! Since March 30th! Almost every day, several times a day! Claimed she had the other 50% of the overage charges coming to her, and anything I read was "inaccurate." Holy sh!t lady! Don't you have anything better to do? She started off...

I too find it amazing the nerve of the customers and what they will do to get out of paying for something that they used.

Can we read what's on our account? I'd like to read what kind of notes they've left for me. I think it would only be right, since we are paying customers, to know what kind of information you're keeping on us.

How can a court order it if there's that blasted arbitration clause? Maybe in criminal cases, something like that.

basicly....and in cases of arbitration im sure they could be used to....i know its wonky for the common man because the few that are the reason we dont release them...they would sue because of what we put in their to update fellow co workers on whats going on in the account

I can understand using it to update fellow coworkers, but, I kind of had a problem in the past, and I would've liked to see what they wrote. I called in and asked how many minutes I used, and was tild about 400 out of an 850 plan. I called in a few days later, and it was 420/850. A few days after that, my cycle ended and there was a large amount for my bill on the website. I called and asked about it and was told I exceeded my minutes. I asked how that could have been, since a few days earlier I only had 420. They looked at the notes, and saw I called both times. I was told both notes said I was told I had exceeded my minutes and would have to pay the overage charges. I asked how many minutes they said I had used, and the girl said t...

Minute of use quotes are only estimates check the terms and conditions on the website for full details. There are a number of explinations why on your bill cycle date you can loose significant number of minutes. Delayed billing, issues with the reporting system, M2M not calculating properly, (if someone ports to another carrier during your cycle all calls to that number are reversed to anytime) a number of billing problems. The list can go on. Please remember that the *min feaute, or OCS (former AWS) while useful is not ment to forcast your next invoice. While I'm sure the representatives gave you the best info they had the service is not perfect. If you are a former AWS customer try migrating your service to take care of overage with r...

I take it you didn't read my post fully. I didn't say I was told I used 420 and ended up with my bill saying I used 900. I said I was told I used 420, and in the notes, the rep put that he told me I had exceeded 850 and would have to pay all of the overage fees. Completely different from what both of the reps told me. I understand they're not accurate, I'm not a moron.

News item a few weeks back, Moto V180 battery exploded in a guy's pocket and took a chunk out of his leg. Got me to thinking that we not only need more of these, but the detonation button needs to be wired into customer care... talk about your churn rate! 😳
