She was real winner. Shes been with us for three years! And always paid her invioce on time. Her phone however is broken and she needs a new one. She does not want to pay full price fr it on the other hand. Becuase she is specail or something. Everyone else has to pay for their phones, except her. Anyways so she wants a discounted phone, read free, ok fair enough i can do that. (I have the samsung x427m for $20 after mail rebate, or samsung cp07 for free) Excpet she is so specail that we should give her a phone with out the contract. becuase you know three years is a long time and all, and shes specail.

Kay, this is what I don't understand about these people who threaten the lives of reps. Do they not realize that we have access to all of their info and therefore know where they live etc and that the call may be recorded, thereby assisting in legal action against them?
