sure to get a lot of responses
alright, so i get a call trans'd to me. (tech) guy is seriously p.o'ed. of course he was trans'd cold (no intro from csr). I can't use my phone in certain areas. (cust is on cell) checked areas on map. NO COVERAGE!! not just no cingular coverage. no coverage period. why in the world was this trans'd to me? if the cust wants to complain because of no coverage send him to managment, if he wants to term send him to save. don't send him to tech. we can't make a tower appear out of no where.

Put me on that list too, I get at least 1 call a day from a customer who wants me or Cingular to build them a tower so that they can have coverage in the area that they are in. I even had one guy tell me that we needed to put a tower on the golf course that he frequents. Maybe why he has a 10 stroke handicap!!! 👿

That doens't make any sense you say he is on his cell but then you say MTI shows now coverage in his area at all ????? don't make sense to me.

Actually he said the cust had no coverage in "certain" areas. Never said that cust was in that area at the time.
