Who makes the pricing decisions?

Okay, I agree that there should be no free phones in the world, but why did the prices on the phones go up?

Who came up with these TERRIBLE, NON-COMPETITIVE family plans?

Why don't we do something to compete with unlimited IN pictures/text? Woohoo, we have ROLLOVER, BFD. We have ALLOVER (which isn't that great around here). We have EDGE (VZW has or will have soon EV-DO here soon).

How are we being competitive? Our phones cost more, our plans cost more, our features cost more and our coverage area is smaller.

Digital Coverage is bigger.

Who cares about Analog? I got a CDMA phone and I HATE it when it switches to Analog. Call quality sucks is an understatment. I always power cycle the phone to get the weak digital signal because its 10x better than the strongish analog signal!

The marketing teams make the prices, so if hell needs to be raised, blame marketing. They set the deals with the prices, so damn them, DAMN THEM. 👿

at least in our neck of the woods, people don't seem to care too much about the call quality, they'd rather it simply work when they really need it to. And our phones drop the call all the time.

This has been covered many times before. You are about 25 days late.

you wasted your time writing this? See, I'm being paid to stand in our lovely store greeting NO ONE and got bored from talking to myself, so I thought I'd come online and talk to myself. I have helped one person since 9am and it's now 3:30. At least I have a job!

I am sitting in my store THAT I OWN smart guy. I have done just as many 3 and 4 line deals as ever before. Your negative attitude is a joke. On most of your activations the rate plans are better. On a few they are close to the same and on a extremely small % they are worse.

Our family plans are the same price point, same minutes as Verizon, but their add-a-line is 9.99 where ours is 14.99. I don't think any of our family plans are better. Except we have rollover. How many 3 and 4 line deals have you done today? I personally have done about 80-90 new activations per month, but TODAY (which is what I'm bitching about, only because my lovely 2 week Bahama's vacation cut into my sales) has been brutally slow where I am.

Congrats! I remember the indirect world. It always felt like I was doing great and being your own boss is definitely awesome, but I'm still liking direct a heck of a lot more.

PS: I'll see your 2 3 line deals and raise you 6 lines per deal with unlimited BlackBerry 🙂
