how many in halifax are thinking of quitting because of reprefrencing???
Not me, I'm loving it. 😁 I'm surprised that not many people have quit so far, I remember back in Oct when hundreds left.

reprefencing is when the company picks when you start. people start comming in at like 8 in the morning and keep comming in every half hour untill 6:30. Your staart time is with in a hour and a half of each other i.e from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm. alot of people are on the start times they like see above however with reprefencing you can go from the 11:30 am start time right to the 6:30 start time and if you dont like it...quit..that simple...unless you find someone who wants the start time you have and hasd the start time you want..then you can do shift swaps for the entire 6 months..other wise thats it
