I was thinking about applying for the position but I am not reallys sure what it is? Anybody got more specific details. All anyone knows or will say is the hours suck less

i would like to recant this statement! im sure they are not all terrible reps... just the 4 that were supposed to be assisting me with my issue... that is another thread! long story short... i got f*D!!!!

I am on vacation Halifax is getting an XBM site?

there are a few xbm reps that don't know up from down, then there are some that are great. now if customers can get around the 20 minute hold time, it'll be better
