ok i have seen alot of customer come in here and complain that reps just vent but do not help customers
weill i am going to help out as well as vent

GSM VS TDMA
first things first... gsm is a newer service and may not work as well or better than tdma in every single area,
second tdma will not be compatible with gsm
ie tdma phone will not work on gsm
why... tdma phones do not operate off of sim cards
they are not the same service
former att gsm customers.. i know it is going to be confusing.. hearing the we are switching you from gsm to gsm and having to get a new plan and phone sorry its confusing even for us..
reason being.. phones are locked from manufactuers to specific compaines.. cingular and the former att comaines have ...

With the pro-rated invoice, I jsut want to clarify the Monthly Service and the in-plan minutes will be pro-rated. (This is a major area of misinformation, a lot of reps for get to mention that the minutes will pro-rate as well but they do)Being a former ATT CCR myself I understand why customers are so frustrated with us, we can't do anything to help them anymore, we don't have plans or promos or much for compromise and not much to keep our ATT customers happy anymore and being on the front lne is hard enough without any tools to help our customers. I know we come here and let it all out but in here we don't have to be nice, we aren't being monitored and we aren't being a CSR, I know I'm not, I'm another person. That's it for now. Love you al...

I know.....I get so frustrated sometimes knowing that we cannot help our customers anymore.....GSM is the better service (in some areas), but alot of ppl are happy with there current service/plan and its very seldom that they want to change both there fon AND there plan, and its very difficult explaining as to why they need to change both. Alot of ppl (atleast that I've been talking to lately), are finally realizing not to shoot the messenger though LOL, I'm surprised by how many times in the last couple weeks I've been told "I know its not you hunny, you're doing great....my beef is not with you."

I only wish half of my calls would understand that I do EVERYTHING I can to help them but without any tools to help I'm very limited, all blue reps are and it sucks having to take it up the bunghole when we are trying our damndest to help each and every customer but we have no tools or resources to help them.

I know and I understand frustration....I can deal with that.......I understand yelling and venting.....I'm human too (although apparently LOTS OF PPL DONT UNDERSTAND THAT) Its just the name calling and stuff that makes me sooooo mad that I shake (of course thats only since being pregnant, so that might not be related LOL)
