nice tech support!?
I am speaking to a tech support rep who
-is polite and curteous
-doesn't seem put out that i called
-refreshes the call every 3 minutes
i've never had this in my life!?! i didn't know nice ones existed.

I have gotten a few of those, it is amazing when you get em becasue they dont make you feel like you need another 2 weeks of training!!!! 😲
