Cingular Dropping OGO!

So, there this news blip:

"Cingular Wireless Plans to Launch Ogo Internationally

Cingular Wireless plans to target markets outside of the U.S. with the Ogo, its BlackBerry-like wireless messaging device. The company recently reported that due to lack of interest in the product it will end sales of the device in the U.S. However, according to a CNet News report, the device will be for sale in countries outside of the U.S., while Cingular Wireless re-evaluates another take at the U.S. market."

So, does anyone remember seeing the OGO advertised ANYWHERE since the merger? Perhaps that's why there was so little interest. But silly me, some guy making half a 'mil must have thought that one out. My guess is that the "unlimited text" plan s...
