poking eyes out in frustrastion
cus calls in with a problem..it takes about 2 minutes to fix. Cus then demands a credit for her time wasted. asked how long the problem had been going on
about 1/2
told the cus that I was unable to issue any credit at this point.
cus became rude and said
dont worry I'll take care of this and hung up on me
wheres my fork? I dont need to see anymore

2 goodwill min given in the middle of the b/c prorated out to 1 goodwill may have been appropriate compensation. 🙂
