What happends to the newly reduced prices for some phones such as s710a, razr an 6620?
I checked the cingular site today an a few phones went back up there old pricing such as the s710a an razr what happend to the lower prices? On another topic does anyone have a ballpark figure about how much the the w600a will cost?

Try deleting your cache. The website also offers occasional specials for a limited time, but on the phones you mentioned the prices (at least in our region) are the same as they were last week and last month.

The s710a use to be $300 with a hundred dollar rebate is that still goin on in the california/nevada region. Does anyone know how much the w600a will cost?

W600 has not been price determined but I would guess around $300. The $100 MIR for the S710a is still going through 7/23/2005.

It hasn't been released yet. It isn't even in testing for Cingular. It was announced by SE. Look under the phones on THIS website.

my guess is it will start at at least 449 just like the s710a, considering that the w600 is supposed to be very similar to the s710

Why does Cingular do this stuff, the limited special pricing. I upgraded to a V551 recently. The cost was $150 (before $50 MIR). The next day, I went online, and the price was $100 (still before a $50 MIR). This happend when I upgraded to my V400 also ☹️ . It said it was a "Today Price". I don't think people see that and say wow, I should pick up 5 of them since they're on special. They may sell more, but usually when I see them discounted like that, it turns me away.
It came out good though. I called in, not asking about the price thing, but how much and what we can do to change to a 1 year contract. The guy said, well, you paid for a one year contract (he was looking at the today price) and that he could change it and not char...

Because they base their specials on inventory status (overstocked items, etc.) and manufacturer specials.
