Does anyone know how to set up the distinctive ring?

On a fastforward device you can not set any distinctive rings.

Just wondering because in the manual it states that you can, I looked it up in CSP(the users guide) but it has no info on what it is or how to set it up. I know you said that you cant but in the manual it says that you can

the instructions on fast forward in the Manuel are wrong I don't even use them anymore.
