What makes you think you can travel to an area that you have no idea if it is covered or not. Then call in to change your rate plan thinking there will be no problems? Seriously people, think before you act.
Also, if the automated system makes you upset to the point you cannot talk to a friendly rep who has done nothing wrong to you. You have issues, please deal with them before you call us.

If an IVR gets the better of you I would suggest moving to some remote island or mountain in the middle of nowhere so you don't need to interact with other humans.If you can't handle an automated system by god how are you going to walk out your door and be around real people.

Exactly, I closed the call with the survey and she stated she has to go or she will say something she would regret, she will deal with it tomorrow.

Man, that ATT voice IVR does suck... I'd rather mash buttons than repeat myself to a computer who doesn't understand me while I have customers waiting on me. I can completely empathize with anyone still dealing with the Blue IVR. The orange isn't half as bad though.

I had a customer complain and cop attitude due to the fact that there wasnt coverage in a city where she was traveling to in Alaska. 🙄
