To All Cingular Customers

I work for Cingular, well the "Former AT&T Wireless," aspect. I thought that i would let you know that your Customer Care Dept. is closed on Sundays, and only the Former AT&T Wireless customer's are able to have Customer Care available to them... So i ask when you call in, and we inform you that Cingular Customer Care is closed & you'll have to call back on Monday, please don't yell and scream at us AT&T Rep's it's not our fault.. We ask that you hold the screaming till Monday when they are open and bi*th then cause maybe something will get done about it.P.S. please don't call in and hang up when the rep picks up because it really hurts the stats. Thnx - 🙂

And for those of you who end up talking to TMobile on Sundays, we are still not Cingular and you can yell all you want, because we'll just continue to laugh at you for not being able to figure out that we aren't your service provider and we don't get dinged for short calls--it just improves our handle time! 🤣

We don't get dinged for "short calls." and i don't mind them because they are good for the AHT - And even though i'm not supposed to i do laugh at the Cingular customers that do calling on sundays - Because they have to be the stupidest fools in the world because the # for CC is listed under & listed as so on the website. not only are our customers stupid, they're illiterate too - "THE FORMER AT&T WIRELESS CUSTOMERS." AND HAHAHA just to prove my point i just had one of those Dumb A**'s Call in.

Ok, just wondering....

Let's say I get some goon on the phone when I call into CS like I did the other day. The guy kept talking over me whenever I would ask him something and kept gaving some weird answers and started telling me about AM radio and what not. Even said I was probably too young to remember it. I told him that's all I listen to, but I doubt he heard me.

Anyway, is there a time limit I can hold the call to to mess up his ratings? I'm sure he'll disconnect before that time comes, if he's just goofing around like that, but, just wondering. There've been a few I'd like to do that to.

Problem is if hardly gets long calls one call will hardly mess his stats the longer the call the longer the AHT for that day over the month it can average out to be ok but if he does it all the time it can be just long AHT. it take long time to mess that up. If you know the answer to something and give you bad info or does not answer you and ask repeatedly and get no answer then say fine i cancel and hang up even if you never met it if...

Short calls mess things up though, right? I wouldn't be able to tell he's a goof until after I've been on the phone with him for a min. or so though.

yeah they do but to count as a short call has to be less then 20 seconds.
