To All Cingular Customers
Let's say I get some goon on the phone when I call into CS like I did the other day. The guy kept talking over me whenever I would ask him something and kept gaving some weird answers and started telling me about AM radio and what not. Even said I was probably too young to remember it. I told him that's all I listen to, but I doubt he heard me.
Anyway, is there a time limit I can hold the call to to mess up his ratings? I'm sure he'll disconnect before that time comes, if he's just goofing around like that, but, just wondering. There've been a few I'd like to do that to.

Problem is if hardly gets long calls one call will hardly mess his stats the longer the call the longer the AHT for that day over the month it can average out to be ok but if he does it all the time it can be just long AHT. it take long time to mess that up. If you know the answer to something and give you bad info or does not answer you and ask repeatedly and get no answer then say fine i cancel and hang up even if you never met it if...
