99.00 unlimited

Has anyone heard that you can transfer financial responsiblty on a phone plan that att had where as you paid 99.00 for unlimited any time min.

as long as the current contract has less than 360 days remaining on it you can do a Change Of Financial Responsibility. (COFR) Contact customer service with both parties availible and they will put you in touch with the COFR dept to complete the switch, you will recieve a final prorated invoice, and the new party will recieve a first invoice also prorated.

Like I said the problem is the requires an account chnage and you will lose the plan and promotion.

No can do any account change requires a plan change. If you want FAN on the account for business discounts then you lose the promo and plan a COFR changes everything so actually you will lose the plan for good It has been an expired plan for over a year about two now.
